Arthur Looker was from Kelso, Scotland and served with the 1^st Bn KOSB, landing on the beaches of Normandy 6^th June 1944.

Arthur served throughout the European Campaign and later became part of a small team tasked with displaced personnel in Germany also dealing with the Russian Army
