Cumbrian Challange

Dear Friends,

 The Cumbrian Challenge is Walking With The Wounded’s fun and testing, flagship, annual fundraising event in the Lake District for teams of four, with every team that takes part supporting another wounded veteran back into work.  This year Rosie and I have entered as a team, with my sister (also Rosie) and her husband Rick.  

Each team is also challenged to fundraise £1,200 (£300 per person) for Walking With The Wounded’s programmes and I am afraid this where I am asking for your help.

We will be doing the Tough Route which is approximately 24kms from Grasmere, up Helvellyn and over a couple more peaks and then back to Grasmere.

The event takes place on Saturday 13^th May and we are in training.
