Major David Smout – Notification

Borderers,
It is with deep regret that we inform you of the death of Major David Smout who died quietly at home in Coldingham earlier this morning (Saturday 27th May 2017) aged 80. On behalf of its members, the King’s Own Scottish Borderers Association has extended its sincere condolences and sympathy to David’s son Simon and wider family members at this extremely difficult time. Funeral arrangements will be notified at the earliest opportunity.
