it is with great sadness that we notify you of the passing of LANCE CORPORAL LAWRENCE WILLIAM MOFFAT on 5 January 2022.
Lawrence served with the 1st Bn in Northern Ireland and Malaya 1954-56 then with 5th Bn until 1959. He was a fine footballer and a member of a very successful Bn team.
His funeral will be held on 24 Jan 2022 at 1400hrs at the Roucan Loch Crematorium Dumfries DG1 4JF.
