It is with great sadness that we notify of the passing of PRIVATE PHILIP KAY on 5th October 2021.
Phil originally joined the RSF in 1957 and transferred to KOSB soon after completing his National service in 1959.
His funeral will be held at 1445hrs on 1st Nov 2021 at The Carelton Crematorium Blackpool FY6 7QS.
