SERGEANT RONALD WEBB

It is with great sadness that we notify you of  the death of SERGEANT RONALD WEBB who was a member of the London and Southern Counties branch for many years.

Ron died suddenly on 7^th June aged 94.  He served with 1 KOSB 1945-48 in Palestine.  He lived in Dudley in the Midlands and often attended Minden day in Berwick and events in London.  On 21st May this year he joined us for the Major General’s rehearsal of Trooping the Colour with a couple of members of his family and was in great form.

His funeral is on Tuesday 28^th June at the Parish Church of St. Mary The Virgin, Hurst Hill, Bilston, WV14 9RH at 1115hrs and afterwards at the local Royal British Legion Club.
