PIPER LAIDLAW VC COMMEMORATION

The annual commemoration of PIPER LAIDLAW VC will be held at Norham Parish Church by his grave on Monday 25th September at 1000hrs.

All Borderers are welcome to attend, the service starts at the village War Memorial before proceeding to the church yard.

Borderers attending are to notify the EXO and should parade at the War Memorial in Norham at 0950hrs wearing Regt tie, Glengarry and medals. After the service there will be a buffet in the parish church.

During the service a tribute about Piper Laidlaw VC is read. Any Borderer who wishes to volunteer to read this is to notify the EXO.
