Signal Platoon reunion

Warning order all PRONTO’S. I am looking into the prospect of organising a Signal Platoon reunion, provisionally for Saturday 11 October 2025.

It has been extremely difficult to find a venue as RFCA ( Reserve Forces and Cadets Association) have been quite reluctant to provide a barracks, or “TA” hall due to ever decreasing budgets and other factors such as training facilities for “other” agencies.

Due to this, I can secure the Combined Services Club in Motherwell who will provide the hall, bar and food for a reasonable price (to be calculated depending on the response). The only spanner in the works in accommodation. I shall endeavour to investigate accommodation availability and costs before I commit.

I shall be posting this on the Regimental Facebook site and web site to capture those that I do not have an email address for.

Once I have all the details, I will then reissue this notification to give you the opportunity to accept or decline. 

A deposit may be required.

The eligibility for those invited to attend this function. Any served members of the Signal Platoon for whatever duration including those that were attached.

This does not include those that attended CADRES.

I am sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment this may cause.
