Over 300 years of stories are held within the KOSB Archive. It holds official documents and histories, but it is the stories of people and their personal experiences that really bring the history of the Regiment to life.

Letters and photographs sent home from soldiers in the midst of World War One. Diaries written when travelling through distant lands. Sketches and paintings created on sea voyages. Much of our archive work centres around making these stories more accessible so that they can be appreciated by others. Through talks, school visits, and exhibitions, we are able to uncover hidden voices of the past.
