The annual Service of Commemoration for Piper Daniel Laidlaw VC will be held at 11:00 on Friday 25 September 2026 at the Parish Church of St Cuthbert, Norham, Berwick upon Tweed, Northumberland, TD15 2LE. The service will commence at Norham War Memorial, adjacent to the Church, before moving to Piper Laidlaw’s graveside.
All Borderers attending are asked to arrive at the War Memorial no later than 10:45. The dress for the event is Glengarry, medals and Regimental tie. After the service attendees are invited to retire to The Masons Arms for refreshments.
